Compensation related- Competencies involving point plan, incentive structuring and salary benchmarking would be covered under the compensation and benefit modeling and analysis program
Behavioral Assessment and Job-fitment analysis- Recruitment analysis and behavioral event interviewing competencies would be covered by the program on recruitment analysis, psychometric competencies through the certified program on psychometric assessment.
Strategic Sourcing and Retention Process- The program focuses on the competencies required for the sourcing and hiring pools, analyzing the requirement, filtering process on the basis of knowledge and skill required, planning the manpower in terms of demand and supply in the labor market.
Assessment techniques and Models- Advanced group assessment techniques, competency assessment models, evaluation models and matrix are covered through the certified program on Assessment center and development.
